Our easy-to-assemble DIY Wagon Kit provides everything you need to construct the complete exterior shell of your wagon, ready for insulation and interior finishing. The kit includes steel wheels and axles, a curved zinc roof structure with tin sheets, prefabricated wall panels, double-glazed windows and doors, and the curved roof framework. The wall panels are precision-prefabricated for straightforward assembly, and the windows and doors can be positioned in the configuration of your choice, giving you flexibility in layout and overall design.

The wall panels are precision-prefabricated for straightforward assembly. Windows and doors can be positioned in the configuration of your choice, giving you flexibility in layout and design.
Insulation & Weatherproofing
For optimal performance and longevity, we recommend:
- Installing a breathable waterproof membrane between the roof structure and the zinc sheets
- Installing a breathable membrane between the wall panels and insulation
We typically use an organic wood-fibre insulation made from natural plant materials. This sustainable insulation comes in 40mm thick sheets and provides excellent thermal and acoustic performance.
We can supply this insulation as an optional extra.
Assembly Time
Assembly of the basic wagon shell typically takes 2–4 days, depending on experience level and the number of people involved.
